Hi! I’m Susana, born and raised in Puerto Vallarta — a place that continues to inspire my love for coastal life, culture, and meaningful experiences.

After completing a B.A. in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and gaining international experience while living in France, I began my career with the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board, representing the destination across Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

I later continued my professional path in Mexico City within the energy sector, completing studies at EGADE Business School and expanding my international experience in Indonesia with a focus on sustainable tourism.

Eventually, life brought me back to Puerto Vallarta, where I now specialize in real estate and luxury villa rentals across Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, helping clients find not just a property, but a lifestyle and a place to truly call home.

I am an architect with a Master’s degree in Architectural Science from the University of Sydney, Australia. Studying and working in different countries has given me a global perspective and shaped my belief that every space has the potential to enhance well-being, foster human connection, and create long-term value.

My mission is to help homeowners, developers, and investors bring to life projects that are both inspiring and environmentally responsible, through thoughtful architectural design and the renovation of residential and commercial properties.
